Just your photo ID and insurance card if you have one. If you have recent x-rays or dental records, those help — but they’re not required. We’ll take fresh digital scans regardless.
Plan for about 60 minutes. We never rush a first visit — it’s the foundation for everything else, so we take the time to do it properly.
