Roughly how long, roughly how much.

A planning range, not a quote. Your artist quotes after seeing the idea, the spot and your skin. The arithmetic is shown so nothing is hidden.

1. How big?
2. How much detail?
3. Black and grey or color?

House rules

The policies, in full.

18 and over, with photo ID

We tattoo and pierce adults 18 and over. No exceptions, even with a parent there to sign.

Bring a valid government photo ID to every session: a driver's license, state ID, or passport. It has to be current and it has to be you. No ID, no tattoo, and the deposit counts as a late cancel.

Deposits

A deposit holds your date and pays for your artist's drawing time. It is $100 for pieces under 3 hours and $200 for longer or multi-session work.

It comes off the price of your last session. Deposits are not refundable, but they move with you once if you give 72 hours' notice.

Moving or cancelling

Need a new date? Tell us at least 72 hours before your appointment and your deposit moves to the new date, once.

Less than 72 hours' notice, a no-show, or a second move means the deposit is used up, and a new one holds the next date. Life happens: if you are sick, call us. We would rather move you than tattoo you with a fever.

Running late

Text the front desk if you are running late. After 20 minutes we may need to shorten the session or move it, because the next client is booked behind you.

Touch-ups

Some spots heal lighter than others. One touch-up session is free within 90 days of your session, for healed work where you followed the aftercare.

Hands, fingers, feet and lips heal unpredictably, so touch-ups there are charged at the hourly rate.

Health and the day of

Eat a real meal and drink water before you come. No alcohol in the 24 hours before; we will not tattoo anyone who is drunk or high.

We do not tattoo over sunburn, rashes, open cuts, or moles. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we will happily wait. If you take blood thinners or have a condition that affects healing, tell us at the consult and check with your doctor first.

Guests

One guest is welcome, 18 or over. No children in the studio, for their safety and yours. Big groups can wait in the front room.

Know the rules? Let's talk about the piece.

Free 20-minute consults, in person or on video. You leave with a plan, a price range and a date, and nothing is tattooed until you approve the stencil.
