one shop · four zones · no pretending
Where we work, and how long you'll wait
Fake-local locksmiths list every town within a hundred miles and dispatch from none of them. We have one shop, on Broad Street, and these are the real windows we quote from it. If you're outside them, we'll say so — and you should call someone who isn't.

We quote the longer window up front. If that's too long for a lockout, we'll say so and you can call someone closer — no hard feelings.
How an arrival window gets quoted
June checks where the vans actually are — not where a script says they are. The window you hear is built from that.
If we're slammed, you hear that too. “Ninety minutes tonight” is a fair thing to tell you and a rotten thing to discover.
The tech calls when they're ten minutes out. If the window slips, you get a call before it slips — not an excuse after.
Outside the four zones? For scheduled work — rekeys, installs, commercial — we go farther by appointment; ask when you call. For lockouts beyond the edge, the honest answer is usually a closer locksmith, and we'll tell you so: (919) 555-0142.
