Family law (uncontested divorce, parenting plans)
Most uncontested matters resolve within an established retainer; we cap fees rather than billing hourly without limit.

Immigration (family-based)
Most petitions are quoted as fixed-fee packages at consultation. Hourly only when scope cannot be defined in advance.

Flat fee for uncontested probate; we handle court filings, creditor notice, and the inventory + accounting.

Trust administration
Quarterly cap to give the family transparency. We bill in 6-minute increments, not 15.
