Privacy
Privacy policy.
We collect what we need to run the service: account email, billing details, and the metadata required to operate your runs (run IDs, step counts, tool names). We do not sell or share data with third parties. We do not train any model on your run inputs or outputs. Full text at /docs/legal/privacy with a plain-language summary at the top.
Terms
Terms of service.
Standard SaaS terms with a few preferences: we don't auto-renew Annual without a 60-day notice; we won't claim to your data; on cancellation we keep your traces for 30 days then delete. The full text is at /docs/legal/terms; redlines are accepted on Enterprise plans through your standard procurement process.
Security
Security posture.
SOC 2 Type II audit completed by A-LIGN, report available under MNDA. All data in transit over TLS 1.3; data at rest encrypted with AES-256. Key management via AWS KMS in our own AWS account; you can require a customer-managed key on Enterprise. Pen-test reports available quarterly. Vulnerability disclosure: security@lattice.run.
DPA
Data processing addendum.
Standard EU GDPR DPA with SCCs available for any customer that requests it. A redlined Word version sits at /docs/legal/dpa-redline.docx for procurement teams. We sub-process to AWS (us-east-1, eu-west-1, ap-southeast-2) and Postgres-on-RDS only; complete sub-processor list at /docs/legal/sub-processors.
