Loans
One honest term loan, built for six common jobs
Every Crescent loan works the same way: a fixed monthly payment, a true APR, one 3% origination fee and no prepayment penalty. What changes is the amount and term that make sense for the job. Pick yours to see typical terms and a worked example.

Same loan, same rules
The job changes the term, not the fine print
An equipment loan and a working capital loan are priced by the same published table and carry the same short fee list. Pick the shortest term the job allows: it almost always costs the least in total.
- Checking your rate is a soft credit pull, so it won't affect your credit score. A hard pull happens only if you accept an offer.
- One fixed ACH payment a month. Never daily or weekly debits.
- Pay off early at any time with no penalty. Interest simply stops.
- Approval is never automatic. A person reviews every file and explains every decline.
Every fee, on every loan
- Origination (one-time)
- 3% of the loan
- Late payment (after 10-day grace)
- $25
- Returned payment
- $15
- Prepayment, application, maintenance
- $0
The full table with every condition is on rates and fees.
Straight answers
What we don't offer
Knowing what a lender won't do saves you an application. If you need one of these, someone else will serve you better.
Merchant cash advances
No factor rates and no daily debits from your card sales. If you have one, we may be able to refinance it.
Lines of credit
We make term loans only. For draw-and-repay needs, a bank line is usually cheaper, and we'll say so.
Personal or consumer loans
Every loan is for a business purpose and goes to a business bank account.
Real estate purchases
We don't fund property purchases or flips. Build-outs inside a space you lease are fine.
