What a tune-up covers
About an hour per system. You get a written report with photos before the tech leaves.

Plan questions
What if the tech finds a problem during a tune-up?
You get photos and a written price on the spot, with your member discount already applied. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
I have a furnace and a heat pump. Is that two plans?
No. One plan covers your main heating and cooling system. Each extra system, like a mini-split, adds $6 a month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans are refunded for unused months, minus any visit already done.
When are the visits?
We book your AC tune-up in April or May and your furnace tune-up in September or October, and text you to confirm the window.
