Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
If the unit is under 10 years old, repair almost always wins. Past 12 to 15 years, with a major part like the compressor failing, we will show you both prices side by side and let you choose.
Is the diagnostic fee extra?
The diagnostic is credited toward the repair if you go ahead. If you decide not to, you pay the diagnostic only and keep the written findings.
Do you fix every brand?
Yes. We service all major brands of central air, heat pumps and ductless systems, including ones we did not install.
