Fees
Flat fees for most work, written down before we start. These are example fees for a sample firm, not quotes.
How fees work
-
Free 15-minute call
Tell us what is happening. We tell you whether we can help and what the first meeting costs.
-
$350 planning consultation
About 90 minutes with an attorney and a written summary. Credited toward your plan if you go ahead.
-
Flat fee, in writing
Most work is a flat fee, agreed in a short letter before we start. It does not grow because you call with questions.
-
Hourly only when it must be
Contested court cases can grow in ways no one controls. Those are hourly, with a written estimate and monthly bills.
