Fees · in plain sight

The price is on the page, not behind a phone call.

Flat fees for the work we can scope, published here and honoured in writing. Government fees, translations, and third-party costs are never hidden inside our numbers — they're listed separately below, because that's what honest math looks like.

  • The flat fee you sign is the flat fee you pay. If your file turns out to be more complex than quoted, that's our miss, not your bill.

  • Anything outside the flat fee is quoted in writing before we do it — no surprise invoices, ever.

  • If we don't think representation adds value to your case, we'll say so at the consultation and send you off with a plan instead of a retainer.

What's never inside our flat fees.

These are real costs of almost every application. We list them, estimate them for your file at the consultation, and pass them through at cost — never marked up, never bundled invisibly into our own numbers.

  • Government filing fees — paid to the government directly, never through us
  • Biometrics fees, medical exams, language tests, and credential assessments
  • Certified translations (we arrange them at cost, or you're welcome to source your own)
  • Police certificates and courier costs
  • Responding to a refusal, appeal, or procedural fairness letter — separate, quoted work

When flat fees aren't honest

Some files can't be flat-fee quoted — and we say so.

Refusal responses, procedural fairness letters, and anything headed toward an appeal depend on facts we can't see until we're inside the file. For that work we quote a scoped estimate in writing after the consultation — and we update it in writing before any additional work begins. A flat fee we couldn't honour would just be a marketing trick; we'd rather give you a real number a day later.
