We publish on the cadence we ship — roughly every two weeks. Fixes get named like features, because to the team that reported the bug, they are. Entries explain what changed for you, not what we refactored.
New
Resolving a comment thread can now stamp a decision — owner, date and the thread that led there — into a per-project log. Six months of beta taught us the log needed to be boring and chronological, so it is. Find it in any project's Decisions tab; works on every plan.
Improved
Compiled digests for teams with 100+ members were taking up to 6 seconds to render. We now pre-compile them at delivery time — the median open is 380 ms. Nobody should wait on a page whose whole point is saving time.
New
Every project board can now flip to a timeline (Gantt-ish, minus the ceremony). Drag to reschedule, and dependencies pull their downstream tasks along. Same data as your board — no duplicate “planning source of truth.”
Fixed
If you @-mentioned a guest in a doc section they couldn't see, the mention sent nothing and told no one. Now the composer warns you before you post and offers to share that section. Thanks to the four teams who reported it — this one was embarrassing.

Teams on the Team plan can now set a rule like “if a blocker sits unacknowledged for 24 hours, notify the project lead.” Blockers were already pinned to the top of digests; now ignoring them has a consequence.
Improved
Turning a doc comment into a task used to carry over just the first message. It now attaches the entire thread, so the person picking up the task inherits the argument, not a one-line mystery.
New
Deprovision someone in your identity provider and their Relay seat closes with them — sessions revoked, guest links they created flagged for review. Built with (and audited by) three customers' IT teams before launch.
Improved
Check-in prompts now read your working hours (and your “focus” blocks, if you sync a calendar) and arrive when you're actually starting your day — not at a fixed 9 am that's 6 pm for half the team.
Fixed
Arrow-key navigation across board columns skipped collapsed columns and lost focus after a card move. Both fixed, and we added a visible focus ring that survives drag-and-drop. Keyboard users file the best bug reports — keep them coming.
New
You can now publish a workspace template — board structure, doc skeletons, digest prompts — to the public gallery. Eight launch templates from real teams are live, from sprint rituals to a full agency client-onboarding kit.
