Is the Free plan really enough for a small team?
If you're 5 or fewer people: yes, genuinely. Free includes unlimited docs, tasks and daily digests — the entire core product. The 10-member cap and 30-day version history are the only walls you'll ever hit, and most 5-person teams never do. We'd rather you outgrow us than resent us.
What counts as a member vs. a guest?
A member is anyone in your company workspace. A guest (Team and up) is an outside collaborator — a client or contractor — scoped to specific projects. Guests can comment, edit shared docs and post updates, but can't see anything else.
Can we switch between monthly and annual billing?
Any time. Moving to annual applies the lower rate at your next renewal; moving to monthly takes effect when your annual term ends. No penalties, no calls required.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only for 90 days, during which any admin can export everything — docs as Markdown, boards and updates as CSV/JSON. After 90 days it's deleted on schedule. Your work is yours.
Do you offer discounts?
Nonprofits and accredited classrooms get Team free for up to 25 members. Startups under 2 years old with fewer than 20 people get 50% off Team for the first year. No other discounts — the listed price is the real price for everyone.
