Pick a plan, add your plate, and wash as often as once a day at any of our three locations. A camera reads your plate at the pay station and the gate opens. You pay the same amount each month on your start date.

In your account online, on any pay station screen, or by emailing members@glintwash.example at least one day before your renewal date. There is no cancellation fee, and you keep washing until the end of the month you already paid for.

Yes. Pause up to three months a year in your account. You are not charged while paused, and your price stays the same when you come back.

Yes. Each extra vehicle on the same account is $10 a month off that plan's price, up to four extra vehicles. Each car can be on a different plan if you call or email us.

Change the plate in your account and keep going. It is free. If you no longer have a car, cancel and we stop billing at the end of the paid month.

We don't refund part of a month you started. If we ever charge you after you cancelled, we refund the whole charge the same week.

On sound factory paint, yes. Our cloth is closed-cell foam, not bristles, and it is rinsed between every car. If your clear coat is peeling or your paint is less than 30 days old, skip the tunnel for now.

Yes. Put it in neutral, hands off the wheel and feet off the brake. EVs should use car wash mode. The ride takes about three minutes.

Yes, with any wash or membership. Use them as long as you need. Mat cleaners, air guns and microfiber towels are free too.

Yes, every day. We close the tunnel when it drops below 10°F or during ice storms, because doors and dryers freeze. Check the status on the location page before you head out.

Buy a single wash and it rains within 24 hours? Show the receipt at the pay station and the same wash is free. Members just wash again.

Most cars, SUVs, minivans and pickups fit. The tunnel takes vehicles up to 7 ft tall with tires up to 12 in wide. Dually pickups, lifts over 4 in and very low cars can't go through. Our Walker self-serve bays fit almost anything.

No. One price for every vehicle that fits the tunnel.

Tell an attendant before you leave, or email photos within 24 hours. We review the camera footage with you, and if our equipment caused it, we pay for the repair. Our full damage policy is in plain words on the policies page.

Factory crossbars are fine. Bike racks, cargo boxes and ladder racks have to come off first, or use a self-serve bay.

No. Gift cards and wash books never expire and never lose value.

Yes. Fleet accounts start at three vehicles, wash by plate at all locations, and bill once a month with a report by plate, date and location.

If it's your own car, a regular club plan. If you run three or more cars, a fleet account is cheaper.
