- 01 Pull up to any pay station Members can use any lane. Grandville has a members-only fast lane on the right.
- 02 The camera reads your plate It checks the plate against your plan. Dirty or snowy plate? The attendant can look you up by phone number.
- 03 The gate opens Neutral, hands off, feet off the brake. Free vacuums and towels are waiting at the exit.
How billing works, start to finish.
No surprise charges, ever. If something on your statement looks wrong, email members@glintwash.example and we'll sort it the same week.
- Your start date You pick it, up to 30 days out. Your first month is charged that day, with $10 off when you join online.
- Three days before each renewal We email a reminder with the date and amount. Nothing to do if you're staying.
- Same date every month Your plan renews on the day you started. Joined on the 31st? It renews on the last day of shorter months.
- Any time you want to stop Cancel in your account, at a pay station or by email at least a day before renewal. You keep washing until the month ends.
Member questions
How does the unlimited membership work?
Pick a plan, add your plate, and wash as often as once a day at any of our three locations. A camera reads your plate at the pay station and the gate opens. You pay the same amount each month on your start date.
How do I cancel?
In your account online, on any pay station screen, or by emailing members@glintwash.example at least one day before your renewal date. There is no cancellation fee, and you keep washing until the end of the month you already paid for.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Pause up to three months a year in your account. You are not charged while paused, and your price stays the same when you come back.
Can I add more than one car?
Yes. Each extra vehicle on the same account is $10 a month off that plan's price, up to four extra vehicles. Each car can be on a different plan if you call or email us.
I sold my car. What happens to my plan?
Change the plate in your account and keep going. It is free. If you no longer have a car, cancel and we stop billing at the end of the paid month.
Do you give refunds for unused months?
We don't refund part of a month you started. If we ever charge you after you cancelled, we refund the whole charge the same week.
