The piece
The stud half of the Verte pair. Each earring sets a step-cut Zambian emerald inside a starburst halo of brilliants, scaled to sit inside the lobe rather than hang from it — visible across a dinner table, comfortable through a nine-hour day. Worn with the pendant they read as a suite; alone they carry a plain sweater somewhere better.
