Side-by-side specs.
Honest tradeoffs.
Listening notes — not marketing copy.
The comparison data is built from in-house listening sessions. Every spec table cross-checks the manufacturer’s claim against our measurement bench. The “sound character” lines come from 40+ hours per product in the listening room.

No spec-sheet shootouts. Real listening sessions, identical chains.
When we compare three headphones, we use the same DAC, the same amp, the same cables, and the same source files. We swap the headphone in the middle of the same track — pick a passage with vocals, sub-bass, and a complex transient — and listen for what changes.
What we measure: frequency response on a calibrated GRAS 43AG (headphones) and UMIK-1 + REW (speakers). Distortion, channel matching, impedance curves. We publish the actual graphs, not summary scores.
