Buy it. Live with it. Send it back if it’s wrong.
Every order ships with a 30-day in-home audition window. Full-rig bundle orders double that to 60 days. We pay shipping both ways. No restocking fees, no “like new” condition fine print, no “original packaging” gotchas.
What we ask: Don’t modify the gear (no soldering, no removing serial numbers). Keep the box. Use the included shipping label when you send it back. We’ll process the refund within 3 business days of receipt.
The exception: custom-built tube amps and one-of-a-kind vintage gear are clearly marked as final-sale on the product page. Everything else is auditionable.

5-year extended warranty included. In-house repair for most gear.
Every product over $400 ships with a 5-year extended warranty (the manufacturer’s 1-2 year warranty plus our additional 3-4 years). Covers manufacturing defects, transport damage, and component failures from normal use. Doesn’t cover misuse, water damage, or modifications.
In-house repair: 60% of repairs are done in our Boulder workshop within 5-10 business days. The other 40% (typically board-level fixes that need manufacturer parts) ship to the manufacturer with full coverage. We pay shipping both ways for any in-warranty repair.
Out-of-warranty: we still repair, just at cost. Ballpark $80-150 for cable repairs, $200-400 for amp service, $300-700 for headphone driver replacements. Honest quotes, no surprises.

If you’ve seen a price online that seems too good to be true, it probably is — grey market gear from non-authorized sellers ships without warranty support and the manufacturer won’t honor service. We won’t race those prices to the bottom; we’ll match an authorized-dealer price match where one exists.
