The simplest way to subscribe. Pick a single roast, set the cadence, and we’ll roast and ship on a Tuesday-Wednesday cycle. Most subscribers stay on a single roast for 6-12 months before swapping.
One box, multiple bags, less packaging.
When you stack 2-4 bags into a single box, we ship them together in a single carton. That’s 60-75% less packaging, fewer shipping carbon-miles, and an extra 5% bundle discount on top of the standard 15% subscriber discount.
The catch: all bags in a multi-bag box arrive on the same day. If you want different roasts to land on different cadences (e.g. Hearth weekly, Yirgacheffe monthly), set them up as separate subscriptions in your account.

Each box ships with a tasting card explaining why each bag was chosen this month, what the team noted on the cupping table, and brewing recommendations. It’s the closest thing to a roastery membership without leaving Asheville.
