Every subscription bag is 340 g — about 22 mugs of coffee. The per-bag price drops as your box grows, shipping is always free, and frequency never changes the price. Delivery cadence is yours to tune:

Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Anytime, in two clicks, with zero fees. Pause for a holiday, skip a delivery when the shelf is full, or cancel outright — your plan is a default, not a contract.
When will my first box arrive?
Boxes are scheduled against our weekly roast calendar. Order by Sunday night and your coffee roasts Monday, ships by Wednesday, and typically arrives within 2–4 business days in Canada.
Can I change roast, grind, or frequency later?
Yes — every part of your box stays editable between deliveries. Lots of subscribers go darker in winter and brighter in summer. We encourage it.
What if I don't like a coffee?
Tell us and we'll swap your next bag and adjust your profile — and if a bag is genuinely off, we replace it free. We'd rather lose a bag than a subscriber.
Is shipping really free?
On every subscription delivery and gift box, yes. One-off shop orders ship free over $35; under that it's a flat $5.95 across Canada.
Do gift subscriptions auto-renew?
Never. A gift runs its 3, 6, or 12 deliveries and ends gracefully — the recipient gets a nudge to continue only if they want to, on their own card.
