How do I cancel?
In your account, choose Cancel plan and confirm. That's it: no phone call, no fee, and no minimum number of boxes. Cancel before Sunday 11:59 pm Atlantic and nothing more ships. After the cutoff, that week's box is already roasting, so it ships and is charged once, and nothing comes after it.
How do I skip a delivery?
Open your account, find the box, and tap Skip. Do it before Sunday 11:59 pm Atlantic and that box won't be roasted, shipped or charged. Your next box follows at your normal schedule. There's no limit on skips.
When will my first box arrive?
Order by Sunday 11:59 pm Atlantic and your coffee roasts Monday, ships Wednesday, and usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days in the Maritimes, Quebec and Ontario. Western provinces and the North can take a few days longer.
