Coffee bar, retail, roastery — under one roof in downtown Asheville.
The tasting room is a working coffee bar where the espresso machine pulls Mercer Street, the pour-over rotates the current single-origins, and the retail shelf has the full catalog plus equipment. Locals get a 5% discount on bag purchases. Subscribers get the same.
Saturdays we run free public tours of the roastery (10am, 11:30am, 1pm). The Probat is in action, the cupping table is set, and the roasters are happy to talk through whatever you’re curious about. No booking needed.
