How Income Share Agreement works

Pay nothing during bootcamp
$0 due during bootcamp. We absorb the cost upfront. Your only obligation: complete the bootcamp + actively job search.
Start payments after job
Pay 13% of pre-tax salary monthly, starting 30 days after first paycheck of $50K+ annual salary. If you make under $50K, you don’t pay.
Cap at $24,000
Total payments capped at $24,000. If 13% × 36 months exceeds $24K, you stop paying when you hit $24K. So highest earners pay slightly more than upfront tuition; lower earners pay less.
36 months, 24 months, or until cap
Payments end when: (a) 36 months total since first payment, OR (b) you hit the $24K cap, whichever comes first. Most students hit the cap by month 24-30.
Income definition
Pre-tax salary from any employment (including W-2, 1099, freelance). Self-employed income counted at gross. Doesn’t include investment income, gifts, or capital gains.
What if you lose your job?
Payments pause when you’re between jobs. Resume when you start a new $50K+ role. Total payment window is 84 months from graduation; after that, ISA terminates regardless of what’s been paid.
