  • Costs and plans: the pricing page shows every total, and the calculator does the break-even math.
  • Placement claims: the outcomes report includes the full methodology.
  • Week-by-week detail: the curriculum page publishes every week of all three programs.

Frequently asked — answered straight

Do you guarantee a job?

No — and we'd encourage you to read the fine print of any school that says it does. Job guarantees are usually voided by missable conditions (application quotas, location limits, response windows). What we offer instead: audited outcomes with a public methodology, and career support that starts week 1 and continues until you're hired, with no time cap.

What does 'deferred tuition' actually cost me?

More — and we print exactly how much. Deferred tuition for Web Development totals $14,760 versus $9,900 upfront: $4,860 more. You owe the payments whether or not you get a job; it is a loan-style plan, not an income-share agreement. It exists for people who genuinely can't pay now, not as the default we push.

Is the schedule really compatible with a full-time job?

The part-time track is designed for it: two evenings plus Saturday, 16–18 hours a week for 24–28 weeks. It's demanding but sustainable. The full-time track is not compatible with a job — that's what it means, and our cost calculator will include your foregone income if you use it that way.

What happens if I fall behind or want out?

First 2 weeks: withdraw for a full refund including deposit, no questions. Weeks 3–6: pro-rated refund. You can also pause once and rejoin the next cohort at no charge. After week 6, tuition is committed — we're transparent about that up front.

Do I need a degree or prior experience?

No degree required. Every program starts from zero, but every admit must complete a free 10–20 hour prep course before day 1 — it's the honest way to find out whether you'll enjoy the work before you pay for it.

Are your outcomes numbers audited?

Our annual outcomes report is compiled by our Director of Career Services, verified against offer letters and payslips, and reviewed by an independent third party. The full methodology — definitions, denominators, exclusions — is published on the outcomes page. If anything there is unclear, email us and we'll answer specifically.
