You need to: complete the bootcamp (graduate). Actively job search during the 6 months (apply to 10+ jobs/week). Accept relevant offers if extended (within reasonable salary expectations).
Refund timeline
After 6 months without job: submit refund request + documentation of job search. Northpath reviews within 4 weeks. Refund issued within 8 weeks of approval.

Job guarantee doesn’t cover: not completing the bootcamp, not actively searching, refusing reasonable offers (e.g. requiring $130K when median is $92K), graduating with poor performance + not addressing skill gaps.
