A small school that shows its work
Northpath started in 2019 as one part-time evening cohort of 11 people, taught over video by two engineers who had both hired bootcamp graduates. They liked the graduates. They didn't trust the numbers the schools published.
So the first rule was simple, and we still keep it: any number we use to sell the program comes with the method behind it. Every graduate counts in the outcomes, every plan shows its total, and nobody gets a countdown timer.
Today Northpath runs three live online programs with cohorts capped at 24. It's still small on purpose. Small is how an instructor knows where you're stuck by Tuesday.
every class is live. cameras on, questions out loud.

How we got here
-
2019
First part-time web development cohort: 11 students, taught live over video.
-
2020
Full-time track added. First outcomes report published, with every graduate in the denominator.
-
2022
Data Analytics launches, built around a working analytics team's hiring checklist.
-
2023
UX Design launches. Cohorts capped at 24 with two TAs in every live session.
-
2025
312 graduates across three programs (example figure), all of them counted in the report.

A part-time week, hour by hour
This is what about 18 hours looks like for a working adult on an Eastern cohort. Full-time is the same rhythm squeezed into Monday to Friday daytime, at about 40 hours a week.
-
Tuesday
7pm to 10pm
Live class: a short instructor demo, then pairing in breakout rooms
-
Wednesday
About 2 hours
Project work on your own; TA office hours 8pm to 9pm
-
Thursday
7pm to 10pm
Live class: code review or design critique, then pairing
-
Friday
30 to 60 minutes
1:1 call with your industry mentor, booked at a time that suits you
-
Saturday
10am to 3pm
Live studio: a longer build or analysis session, with a lunch break

What we hold ourselves to
01
We publish the denominator
Our outcomes count every graduate, including the ones we couldn't reach. No survey-respondents-only math, no hand-picked cohorts, and the method is public.
02
Live classes, capped at 24
Every session is taught live by an instructor who has done the job. Cohorts cap at 24 with two TAs, because nobody learns to code from a video playlist alone.
03
Careers work starts week 1
Portfolio, resume and interview prep are built into the curriculum from the first week, because the job search is a skill, not an afterthought.
04
Priced like we mean it
Every plan's total cost is on the pricing page, including how much more deferred tuition costs. If a school hides a number, assume it's not flattering.
05
We'll tell you not to enroll
If a bootcamp is the wrong tool for your goal, the admissions call is where we say so. Our admissions team is paid the same whether or not you enroll.
06
Plain words about money
Every plan's total, the refund windows and the clause where refunds stop are written in full-size type. Read the refund policy
