Assessment → plan → the same tutor every week

01
Free 60-minute assessment
A grade-levelled skills check with a tutor — where the gaps actually start, not just where the report card noticed them. Parent debrief the same visit.
-
02
A written plan, in plain words
Within 48 hours: starting point, target skills, recommended hours per week, and the published price of all of it. No enrollment counselor, no pressure script.
-
03
Matched to one tutor
One student, one tutor, the same tutor every week. We match on subject depth first, temperament second — and re-match free if the chemistry isn't there by session three.
-
04
Weekly sessions, weekly notes
After every session, a three-line note to your phone: what we worked on, what clicked, what's assigned. You'll never wonder what happens behind the door.
-
05
Re-test every 12 weeks
Same instrument as the assessment, so the comparison is honest. Numbers up: we show you. Numbers flat: we change the plan or recommend a break — in writing.
Test prep that starts with a diagnostic, not a pitch
A full timed diagnostic decides the plan — sometimes that plan is the 12-hour package, and once in a while it's "your score is already where it needs to be." Packages from $80/hour, and a free proctored practice test one Saturday a month.
- 12-hour package — $1,080 ($90/hr)
- 24-hour package — $2,040 ($85/hr)
- 36-hour package — $2,880 ($80/hr)
- SAT Saturday Sprint — $549 (18 hrs, max 8 students)
We publish ranges, not promises
Every student is re-tested on the same instrument every 12 weeks. Median SAT movement on our 24-hour package: +110 against the entry diagnostic — and the range runs from +40 to +210, because ranges are what real data looks like. Flat numbers get a revised plan in writing, not a shrug.

All ten, four-stars included →“The assessment found a phonics gap two schools had missed. Twelve weeks with Elena and my daughter reads to the dog every night. The weekly three-line notes are exactly the right amount of information.”
“The club itself is great — homework genuinely done by pickup. Four stars because the 6:30 weekday block is permanently waitlisted and Saturdays fill by Wednesday. They're honest about it, but plan ahead.”
