Every subject, every grade, every rate

Most centers make you sit through a consultation to hear a price. Here is ours, printed: one-to-one rates by subject and grade band, the small-group club, and what online saves. The free assessment quotes from this exact table.

A One-to-one subjects

What each program actually covers

Math

Number sense and math facts in the early grades; pre-algebra and algebra in middle school; geometry, algebra II, pre-calc, calculus, and statistics in high school.

$54/hr K–5$62/hr 6–8$72/hr 9–12

Reading & writing

Phonics and fluency for early readers (our lead tutor is Orton-Gillingham trained), comprehension and vocabulary in the middle grades, and essay structure, analysis, and revision for high schoolers.

$54/hr K–5$60/hr 6–8$68/hr 9–12

Science

Life and physical science in middle school; biology, chemistry, and physics in high school — taught by tutors who majored in the subject, not generalists reading a page ahead.

$62/hr 6–8$72/hr 9–12

We don't sell science tutoring below grade 6 — at that age, reading and math are what actually move science grades.

Study skills & executive function

Planners that get used, backpacks that stop eating homework, note-taking, test anxiety, and starting things before 9 p.m. Coaching that makes every other subject cheaper.

$50/hr K–5$56/hr 6–8$60/hr 9–12

Executive-function coaching starts in grade 2 — younger than that, it's a parent conversation, and those are free.

B Small group

Homework Help Club — 3 : 1, always

Drop-in table with a tutor for every three students. Not a substitute for 1-on-1 — a place where the homework actually gets done, with help two seats away. We cap every table at three students rather than crowd them — which is why the popular blocks genuinely fill up.

  • Elementary (K – 5) $32/visit or $229/month, 2 visits a week
  • Middle school (6 – 8) $36/visit or $259/month, 2 visits a week
  • High school (9 – 12) $40/visit or $289/month, 2 visits a week

Two visits a week, month to month, cancel anytime. Visits run up to 90 minutes.

Online: same tutor, $6/hr less

Every one-to-one subject and test-prep program runs online with the same tutor and the same plan — shared whiteboard, camera on, notes to your phone afterwards. It's $6/hour less at every level because our rent doesn't ride along.

Prefer packs? They're on the pricing page

10-hour pack saves 5%, 20-hour pack saves 10%, and unused hours are refundable. The math — worked examples included — lives on the pricing page.

The next step

Not sure which subject is the real problem?

That's literally what the free assessment is for — a 60-minute skills check that finds where the gap starts, and a written plan that names the subject, the frequency, and the published price.
