Two levers if budget is the constraint
Online sessions run $6/hour less at every level, and the 20-hour pack takes 10% off. Combined, high-school math drops from $72 to $59.40/hour — same tutor, same plan. And the assessment is $0 regardless, so finding out what's actually needed costs nothing.

Policies
Cancellations
24 hours' notice reschedules free, every time. Inside 24 hours we charge half the session — waived for sick kids, because fevers don't give notice.
No contracts
Everything is month-to-month or pay-as-you-go. Pausing for a sports season or a sane December is normal and takes one email.
Refunds
Unused pack hours keep for 12 months and are refundable on request, no questions. Test-prep packages refund unused hours the same way.
No hidden fees
No registration fee, no materials fee, no 'curriculum license.' The assessment is $0. If a number isn't on this page, it doesn't exist.
