The whole price list, before you ever call us.

You're probably comparing accountants in five open tabs. Here's our entire package table with real ranges — illustrative for this sample site — so you can rule us in or out without booking a discovery call. Your exact number inside a range is fixed in writing after a free diagnostic, and it never changes retroactively.

Onboarding & cleanup

New clients start with a fixed-price diagnostic: we read your file, list what needs fixing, and quote the cleanup and your monthly plan in writing. Catch-up bookkeeping runs $250 – $450 per month of backlog. No meter, no surprises.

One-time, from $1,500 — quoted before any work starts

Honest edges of every plan

  • Audits & assurance — we refer a firm we trust
  • US multi-state tax — same
  • Walk-in personal tax returns — owner T1s only
  • Aggressive schemes — not at any price

05 · The stance

Why we don't bill hourly — and haven't since 2019.

The hourly invoice is the reason owners don't call their accountant until the problem is expensive. We got rid of it, kept the receipts, and never looked back.

01

Hourly punishes you for calling us

The moment advice has a meter on it, owners stop asking questions — and the expensive mistakes happen in the silence. Flat pricing means the call is already paid for.

02

Hourly rewards slow work

An hourly firm earns more when the job takes longer. A flat-fee firm earns more by building systems that make the work faster and cleaner. We prefer the second incentive.

03

You can't budget a mystery

Your rent is fixed, your software is fixed, your insurance is fixed. Your accountant shouldn't be the one line item that shows up different every month.

04

Scope changes are conversations, not invoices

When your business grows and the work genuinely changes, we re-quote the plan — in advance, in writing, effective next month. Never retroactively.

99 · Next step

Which plan? Let the quiz do the honest math.

Three questions — business stage, revenue, what hurts — and you'll get a recommendation with a real range, not the most expensive thing we sell.
