    1099-DIV, 1099-INT, K-1s, and our annual tax summary letter. Available for download Mar 1 each year; emailed alert when posted.

    Direct messaging with your advisor. End-to-end encrypted. Same number we'd answer on the phone — just asynchronous.

    Document vault

    Estate documents, trust agreements, financial plans, beneficiary forms. Versioned; you can see prior plans alongside current.

I can't sign in

Use the 'Forgot password' link below. If you're still stuck, call us — (617) 555-0125. Most issues are resolved in 5 minutes; we'll re-issue an MFA code or reset your password on the call.

Two-factor authentication?

Required for all client accounts. Set up via authenticator app (preferred) or SMS. Configured on first login. Hardware key (YubiKey) supported.

Mobile app?

Yes — iOS and Android. Same login as web. Push notifications for messages from your advisor + quarterly report alerts.

Q · 04

Can family members access?

Yes — with proper authorization. Spouse access is automatic on joint accounts. Adult children + outside advisors require written consent on the access form.
