Plenty of adults never got the chance to learn — and almost none of them enjoy admitting it. Our evening classes are small, warm, and taught by someone who learned at 27 himself. Fear is expected here, not remarkable.

Four swimmers max, all adults and teens. On any given evening: someone who nearly drowned as a kid, someone who grew up far from water, someone training for a triathlon who can't breathe left. You'll fit.
The first milestone isn't a stroke — it's floating and standing back up without panic. Everything builds from there, and most students swim a relaxed 25 metres within two to four months.

Where it leads: There isn't one — clinic swimmers stay as long as it's useful. Many move on to masters clubs or their first triathlon.
