Nadia wrote the Sunfish level ladder and still teaches eight classes a week, because a program director who doesn't get wet is just a manager. She runs the stroke clinic and the S6 graduation swims.

June teaches the P1–P4 ladder like it's theatre: songs with hidden drills, games with hidden floats. Parents of criers ask for her by name, and she has never once rushed a nervous three-year-old.

Sam learned to swim at 27 and teaches like someone who remembers exactly how the fear feels. His adult classes are quiet, patient, and full of people who swore they'd never get in a pool.

Casey runs Tadpoles with a song list refined over five years and a strict no-dunking-without-cues rule. They'll teach you holds you'll use in the bathtub for years.

Mara splits her time between teaching S1–S2 and running deck safety. She trains every Sunfish guard, audits our ratios monthly, and signs off every emergency drill.

Before anyone owns a class
Current teaching certification, CPR-C and first aid, a vulnerable-sector record check, a full quarter shadowing a lead instructor, and quarterly emergency drills forever after. A teacher who knows exactly where a swimmer froze last Tuesday doesn't waste the first ten minutes rediscovering it. Consistency is a teaching tool — we staff for it, schedule for it, and only break it for illness or holidays.
