Meet the doctors
Three specialists, each with years of extra training after dental school. One designs your teeth, two place implants, and all three look at your case together.

Prosthodontist and clinical director
Dr. Adaeze Oduya, DDS, MS
Dr. Oduya completed a three-year specialty residency in prosthodontics after dental school, then spent eight years in a hospital-based practice rebuilding mouths after illness and injury.
She opened Fairhold in 2009 after watching too many patients bounce between a surgeon, a restorative dentist and an outside lab, with nobody owning the result. Here, the person who designs your teeth is in the room when the implants are planned.
“I'd rather show you three honest options than sell you the biggest one.”

Periodontist
Dr. Anders Lindgren, DDS, MS
Dr. Lindgren trained for three more years after dental school in gums, bone and implant surgery. He treats the foundation: gums that need to be healthy and bone that needs to be there.
Patients describe him as unhurried. He likes to show you the CT scan on the big screen and point to the exact spot he's talking about.
“Implants last when the gums and bone around them are healthy. That part is my job.”

Oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Dr. Mireille Sokolov, DMD, MD
Dr. Sokolov trained in both dentistry and medicine before her surgical residency. She leads full-arch surgery days and every case done under IV sedation, with a nurse monitoring you the whole time.
She'll walk you through surgery day hour by hour, including the parts people worry about most: waking up, the first meal and the first night.
“Nervous patients are my favorite. We go at your pace, and you'll know what's next before it happens.”
