How it works
For a business, the question is usually not the whole building but what must keep running: the freezers, the server closet, the point of sale, the milking system, the heat in a greenhouse. We start with that list and the cost of a day without it.
We install liquid-cooled standby units from 30 to 60 kW and larger on request, single or three-phase. For sites that only need backup a few times a year, a generator docking station lets a rental unit connect in minutes instead of hours.
Commercial plans include two to four visits a year and a written log you can hand to your insurer.
Price book
Planning ranges for typical homes in our area, before tax. The firm price is written after we have seen the site, and it includes the permit as its own line.
| Job | Range (USD) |
|---|---|
| Liquid-cooled standby, 30 to 48 kW Single or three-phase, with automatic switch | $32,000 to $52,000 |
| Larger standby, 60 kW and up Quoted after a site visit | from $55,000 |
| Generator docking station Quick-connect cabinet for a rental generator | $3,800 to $7,500 |
| Commercial maintenance plan Two to four visits a year, written log | from $650 /yr |
Where quotes go above the range. Commercial jobs vary more than homes: service size, three-phase, fuel supply and local fire code all matter. Every commercial quote follows a site visit and comes with a drawing.
