Interstate moves without the interstate horror story
Every long-distance nightmare you've read starts the same way: a phone quote, a broker, and a bill that doubles at delivery. We run our own trucks on published lanes, price by surveyed weight, and put a binding ceiling in writing before loading day.
How the math works
Your shipment's weight (from the survey) × the lane's per-pound rate. That's the whole formula. Origin and destination labor, fuel, tolls, and the driver are in the rate; the only add-ons are the ones you pick.

Lane minimum $2,400 — below that weight, a small-shipment shared load (and its wider delivery window) is the honest cheaper option; we'll say so.

the rules that protect you
Federal (FMCSA) rules require interstate estimates to be based on a physical or virtual survey, and cap what a mover can collect at delivery on a non-binding estimate at 110% of it. Our binding not-to-exceed goes further: the ceiling you sign is the most you can ever pay, and a lighter truck scale ticket lowers it. Ask any mover you're comparing for the same two things in writing.
