- Climate-managed warehouse (55–80°F), sprinklered, alarmed, and camera-monitored
- Piece-by-piece inventory; retrieving a single box mid-storage is a $45 pull, not a mystery fee
- Month-to-month after the first month, prorated on the way out
- Storage-in-transit (between homes) folds into your moving invoice — one piece of paper
