Careers.
We hire for partner-level work earlier than market. We do not run a high-leverage staffing model · associates draft the document the partner edits, not the document a senior associate edits before a partner reads it.
Eight partners · twelve associates · four counsel · seven of-counsel. Boutique by design.
Inverted compared to large firms — by design. Less leverage, more direct partner exposure on every matter.
Median time-to-partner from associate first year. Transparent partnership criteria, single-tier track.
