Westbrook & Hayes

New York · Est. 2011

Strategic counsel for complex matters.

Westbrook & Hayes is a twenty-two-lawyer litigation boutique. We take fewer matters, staff them with the partners you actually hired, and prepare every one of them to be tried — because that is what moves the number on the other side of the table.

WH / 01 · The premise

Most firms manage disputes. We try them — and the difference is visible in every settlement we sign.

Opposing counsel price a case by asking one question: will these lawyers really walk into the courtroom? Our answer is a matter of record — forty-one matters taken to verdict, award, or judgment, staffed at a one-to-one partner ratio, on both sides of the v.

Partner attention

Our 1:1 staffing means the partner you hire takes the depositions, argues the motions, and examines the witnesses. Structurally — not aspirationally.

Conflicts

No transactional client base to protect. We sue banks, sponsors, and market leaders — the adversaries that conflict full-service firms out of the room.

Fee models

Senior rates without the pyramid beneath them — and success fees, caps, and contingencies that put our capital at risk beside yours.
