Case results

Example outcomes that went well, partly well and not at all. We show all three because that's the honest picture of workers' comp.

Free case evaluation

No dollar figures. No promises. 3 of these 8 examples are modest results or a loss.

Example outcomes are illustrations written for this sample website, not real clients. Every case is different. Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any other matter, and some cases do not succeed.

How to read an example outcome

Workers' comp benefits mostly follow state formulas: a share of your wages, medical care, and a rating for lasting damage. That's why we describe what changed for the client, not a number. A number from someone else's case says very little about yours.

We also show the cases that went badly. A firm that only shows wins is showing you advertising, not a track record.

Ask any lawyer what happened in the cases they lost. The answer tells you a lot.
