In town, yes — free over $50, otherwise $7, usually same-day from the Riverside truck. Propane and glass we hand over in person at the store, for everyone's sake.

Usually. We order from two regional warehouses; most things land in 2–4 business days. We'll quote the price before ordering, and we don't mark up the freight.

We don't chase promo prices — our everyday price is the price, and on service and by-the-piece hardware we usually win anyway. If the gap on something ever feels silly, tell us at the counter; we'd rather fix it than lose you.

No — but the Cedar Falls Tool Library takes donations gladly, and we'll check anything over and sharpen it at cost before you hand it on. Good tools deserve second lives.

Bring it back and tell us what happened. Receipt helps, isn't required — most of what we sell, we remember selling. Mis-tinted paint gets re-tinted or swapped; a fix from our bench that didn't fix it gets redone or refunded.
