No expiration, stacks with workshops + services, lost cards re-issued, refunds within 90 days. The 1991-issued card we redeemed in 2018 is on the brick wall behind the counter at Falcon Heights.

Gift cards never expire. Track record: oldest one we've redeemed was issued in 1991 and used in 2018. The brick wall has the receipt.
Combined with workshops + services
Stacks with workshop fees, knife sharpening, key cutting, paint matching. Can be used at any of the 3 stores.
Lost or stolen
Email margaret@hollowayhardware.com with the original purchase email. We re-issue with the remaining balance — usually within an hour during business hours.
Refunds
Within 90 days of purchase, full refund to original payment method (sender, not recipient). After 90 days, store credit only.
