The deadline is the point

Most flower orders are on a deadline. A birthday is today. An apology can't wait. So same-day delivery is the heart of what we do, and we keep the rules simple enough to remember.

Order before your zone's cutoff and your flowers go out on the afternoon run, between 2 and 6 p.m. Our own driver delivers every order. We never pass your order to another shop or a courier app.

What happens after you order

  1. 01

    We confirm by email

Within a few minutes in shop hours, with your order number and the delivery run.

  2. 02

    A designer makes it

From stems that came in this morning. If one isn't at its best, we swap it for the same color and value.

  3. 03

    We text a photo

Optional. Tick the box and we text you a photo before it leaves the shop.

  4. 04

    Our driver delivers

On the afternoon run. You get a text when it's dropped off, with where we left it.

Good to know

  • Nobody home? We leave flowers in a shaded, safe spot or with a neighbor, and text you where. If there's no safe spot, we bring them back and try again the next day at no charge.
  • Hospitals: many ICUs and some wards don't accept fresh flowers. We call the ward first, and suggest a dried arrangement or a plant if they say no.
  • Offices and apartments: add the suite number and a phone number for the front desk. It saves a second trip.
  • We can't promise an exact time for a home delivery. For funerals, ceremonies and events we deliver by a set time when you order by 3 p.m. the day before.

Questions about same day

It's past the cutoff. Can I still get flowers today?

Call us. If the afternoon run has room and we have the stems, we'll often say yes for the peninsula. If we can't, we'll tell you straight and book the morning run instead.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Not usually. The exceptions are the Sunday of Mother's Day weekend and Valentine's Day when it falls on a Sunday, as it does on February 14, 2027.
