Ordering,
answered

Do I need an app to order?

No. Order on this site from any phone or computer, call the shop, or walk in. There is nothing to download and no account to make.

Why order here instead of a delivery app?

You pay our counter prices, our posted delivery fee and HST, and our own drivers bring it. Delivery apps charge restaurants a commission on every order, often 15 to 30 percent, so ordering direct keeps that money in the shop that made your pizza.

Can I order ahead for later?

Yes. Pick as soon as possible, or a 15-minute window later today or tomorrow. For anything further out, or more than 6 pizzas, use catering or call the shop.

How do I pay?

At the counter or at the door with tap, card or cash, or by a secure payment link we text you. Our order form never asks for card numbers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Call the shop within 5 minutes of ordering and we will change it. Once it's in the oven, we can't cancel, but we will always fix a mistake that's ours.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, the Stretch Card. Every 10th order placed on this site or at the counter gets a free 12-inch pizza. We track it by your phone number, so there is no card to lose.

Delivery,
answered

Where do you deliver?

Each shop covers two zones by postal code. Leslieville covers the east end, the Junction covers the west end and Midtown covers Yonge and Eglinton to Lawrence. The locations page lists every postal code.

What does delivery cost?

$3.99 for Zone 1 and $5.99 for Zone 2, with a $20 order minimum before tax. Tips are optional and go to the driver.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 30 to 45 minutes in Zone 1 and 40 to 60 minutes in Zone 2. Friday and Saturday dinners can add 10 to 15 minutes. We text you when your order leaves.

What if my order is wrong or cold?

Call the shop that made it. We will remake it or refund the item, no long story needed.

Allergens & gluten-free,
answered

Is your gluten-free pizza safe for celiac disease?

Our gluten-free crust is made without gluten and baked on its own tray, but our kitchen is full of wheat flour and we can't promise zero cross-contact. Many guests with gluten sensitivity order it happily. If you have celiac disease, please read our gluten-free page and decide for yourself.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. Our pizza dough is vegan. The Vegan Stretch uses cashew mozzarella, and any pizza can swap to cashew mozzarella for $3.50 on a 12-inch. The Danforth salad is vegan without feta.

Where can I see allergens?

Every menu item lists what it contains. The gluten-free page has a full allergen table. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts and fish.

Do you use peanuts?

No peanuts or peanut oil in any shop. We do use walnuts, cashews and hazelnut spread.
