Gluten-free crust on any 12-inch

Gluten-free, honestly

Our gluten-free crust is good. Our kitchen is also full of flour. Here's exactly how we handle it, so you can decide.

What we do

  1. 01

Made in a dedicated gluten-free bakery

We don't make the gluten-free crust ourselves. It comes from a gluten-free bakery, sealed, and stays sealed until your order.

  2. 02

    12-inch only, $4 more

One size, so it can bake on its own tray. Any pizza on the menu can go on it.

  3. 03

Its own tray, never the stone

Gluten-free pies bake on a separate perforated tray that only ever holds gluten-free crusts.

  4. 04

    Clean hands, new gloves

The cook washes up and changes gloves before touching your crust.

  5. 05

    Fresh toppings if you ask

Say "fresh toppings" in your notes and we top it from unopened containers instead of the line.

  6. 06

    Its own cutter and box

A separate pizza wheel, cut on parchment, boxed with a green gluten-free sticker.

What we can't promise

We stretch hundreds of wheat doughs a day. Flour is in the air, the ovens are shared and the fryer is shared. Even with every step above, we can't promise your pizza has zero contact with gluten. Many guests who avoid gluten order it every week. If you have celiac disease, we'd rather tell you this plainly than guess for you.

Questions about a specific allergy? Call the shop before you order and ask for the manager on shift.

Allergy questions,
answered

Is your gluten-free pizza safe for celiac disease?

Our gluten-free crust is made without gluten and baked on its own tray, but our kitchen is full of wheat flour and we can't promise zero cross-contact. Many guests with gluten sensitivity order it happily. If you have celiac disease, please read our gluten-free page and decide for yourself.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. Our pizza dough is vegan. The Vegan Stretch uses cashew mozzarella, and any pizza can swap to cashew mozzarella for $3.50 on a 12-inch. The Danforth salad is vegan without feta.

Where can I see allergens?

Every menu item lists what it contains. The gluten-free page has a full allergen table. Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts and fish.

Do you use peanuts?

No peanuts or peanut oil in any shop. We do use walnuts, cashews and hazelnut spread.
