The details

Saturday and Sunday mornings before we open, the Junction's back room turns into a pizza class. Each kid gets an apron, a ball of dough and a cook to show them how to stretch it.

They top their own 10-inch pie, watch it go into the oven, and eat it at the long table. Parents get a 16-inch of their choice and coffee.

Parties run 90 minutes for 8 to 16 kids, ages 5 and up. We handle setup and cleanup. You bring the cake if you want one.

Fine print: A $50 deposit holds the date and comes off the bill. Gluten-free and vegan dough are available with a week's notice.
