Visiting

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended every day and strongly recommended on weekends from May to October. Walk-ins are seated when a table is free. Booking online takes about a minute and holds your table.

What are your hours?

Monday to Thursday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. January to March we open Thursday to Sunday only, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving, December 25 and January 1.

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on the lawn and porch. Inside the Tasting Room and Still House, service animals only.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, a picnic is fine on the lawn. Please don't bring outside wine, beer or spirits; New York law doesn't allow it on our licensed grounds.

Is the estate accessible?

The Tasting Room, porch, Still House and Press Barn are step-free with accessible restrooms. The Barrel Cellar is down a flight of stairs, and the vineyard walk is on uneven grass. Tell us when you book and we'll plan around it.

Tastings, tours and fees

How much is a tasting?

The Estate Tasting is $25 per guest, the Reserve Cellar Tasting is $45, and the Still House Spirits Flight is $20. Tours are $30 to $40 and include pours. Experience fees are per guest. The Estate Tasting fee is credited toward any purchase of three bottles or more. Club members taste free with up to three guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Change or cancel for free up to 48 hours before your time. Inside 48 hours we charge $10 per guest. No-shows are charged the full experience fee.

How big a group can we bring?

Online bookings take up to 8 guests. Groups of 9 to 24 book a private group tasting, and limos or party buses must be booked ahead.

Do tours run in winter?

The Still House Tour runs all year. From mid-November to March the vineyard walk becomes a shorter cellar-only tour indoors.

Age, ID and responsible service

How old do I have to be?

21 or older to taste, buy or be served. You must be 21 or older to taste or buy wine and spirits. Every guest who is served shows a valid government photo ID, every visit, no matter how old they look. We can't serve anyone without one.

Can kids or teens come along?

Guests under 21 are welcome with an adult. They can sit with your party, join walking tours and enjoy our free grape-juice flight, but they can't be served or hold an alcoholic pour.

What if someone is driving?

Designated drivers get a free non-alcoholic flight. We're also happy to call a ride or a local car service for anyone. Please never drink and drive.

Can you refuse service?

Yes. Our team is trained to pour responsibly and may slow or stop service for anyone, at any time. We'd rather you come back next weekend.

Wine club

How does the club work?

Pick a tier, and we send or set aside wine four times a year (spirits twice a year). Two weeks before each shipment we email what's in it and the price. You can swap or skip.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no sign-up fee and no minimum. Cancel by email, phone or the members page; if you cancel before a shipment bills, you're not charged for it.

Do members taste free?

Yes. Lakeside members taste free with one guest, Cellar members with up to three. Still House members get free spirits flights for two.

Buying and shipping

Do you ship wine?

We ship wine only to adults 21 and over, and only to states where direct shipping to consumers is permitted by law. An adult signature is required at delivery. Spirits shipping is far more limited, so most spirits are pickup only.

Can you ship spirits?

Only to the few places where the law allows it. In most cases spirits are pickup only at the Still House. We'll tell you at checkout what's allowed for your address.

Can I hold bottles to pick up later?

Yes. Add "hold bottles" when you book, or call us. We keep held orders for 30 days.

Events and weddings

How quickly do you answer event inquiries?

Within one business day, with a written quote. Jonah handles every wedding and private event himself.

Can we use our own caterer or bring our own alcohol?

Food comes from our three partner caterers, or another licensed caterer we approve. Alcohol is only estate wine and spirits served by our licensed bartenders; that's a condition of our license.

What happens if it rains on our ceremony?

The ceremony moves into the Press Barn at no charge. You can also add a tent on the lawn through our rental partner.
