Still House

What the press leaves, the still keeps

After harvest, the skins and seeds from pressing go next door to the Still House. Our distiller turns them into a clear grape brandy, and turns estate grape spirit into the base of our gin. Apples from a neighbor's orchard become a brandy we rest in our old red-wine barrels.

Small pours, a glass wall onto the copper, and a distiller who likes questions.
