What to expect
A gentle walk through the vines with a guide from the vineyard team. You'll see how the glacier shaped the hill, why the rows run toward the lake, and what each season asks of the vines.
We stop for wine three times along the way, including at the Block 4 overlook, and end in the Barrel Cellar with a sample of a red that isn't bottled yet. From mid-November to March we run a shorter cellar-only version indoors.
- Dry Riesling Poured at the top of Block 4
- Rosé of Cabernet Franc Poured at the overlook
- Lemberger Poured at the Press Barn
- Barrel sample Poured in the cellar
Included
- A 90-minute guided walk, about one mile on mown grass and gravel
- Four pours along the way
- A barrel sample in the cellar
- Bottled water for the walk
Good to know
- Wear shoes you don't mind getting dusty. Heels sink in the rows.
- Guests under 21 can walk with an adult and get the grape-juice flight.
- We walk in light rain and reschedule for thunder; we'll text you by 9 a.m.
