Still House
Still House Spirits Flight

- Fee
- $20 per guest
- Time
- 30 minutes

What to expect
The Still House turns what's left after pressing into spirits. Grape skins become our marc, a clear grape brandy. Estate grape spirit is the base of our gin. Apples from a neighbor's orchard become a brandy we rest in old wine barrels.
Pours are small and measured, as New York's tasting rules require. You'll taste each one neat, with water on the side.
