What to expect

Our winemaker sets out Cabernet Franc, Lemberger and a little Merlot, each from its own barrel. You taste them alone, then blend with graduated cylinders until you find the mix you like.

Then you fill, cork and label one 750 ml bottle of your blend to take home. It makes a good gift and a better story.
