No fine print
The plain terms
Everything you agree to when you join, in five sentences.
- 1 No sign-up fee and no minimum number of shipments.
- 2 You're only billed when a shipment goes out. Shipping is extra and shown before you're billed.
- 3 Two weeks before each shipment we email the wines and the price, so you can swap bottles or skip that one.
- 4 Cancel anytime: by email, by phone or from the members page. If you cancel before a shipment bills, you won't be charged for it.
- 5 Members must be 21 or older. An adult 21+ signs for every delivery, and shipping is only to states where it's permitted by law.
Shipping and pickup
We ship wine only to adults 21 and over, and only to states where direct shipping to consumers is permitted by law. An adult signature is required at delivery. Spirits shipping is far more limited, so most spirits are pickup only.
We hold shipments in very hot or freezing weeks so wine isn't cooked or frozen in a truck, and we'll email you when that happens.
Pickup parties
Prefer to collect? Each shipment has a Saturday pickup party with every wine open to taste, and the winemaker on hand. Bring up to three guests (Cellar) or one (Lakeside).
